This policy explains what information Clinic Saathi ("the app") collects, why, and how it is protected. The app is made by WebPlex Solution, India.
Information we collect
- Account details you enter: shop name, owner name, mobile number, city and a 4-digit PIN. The PIN is stored only in a protected (hashed) form; nobody, including us, can read it.
- Business records you enter: your products and prices, sales and expenses. These are needed to show your income, expenses and profit.
- Device information: a random app installation ID and the phone model, used to keep your account signed in on one phone at a time.
- Purchases: if you subscribe, Google Play handles the payment. We receive only the purchase reference from Google to confirm your subscription. We never see your card, UPI or bank details.
We do not collect your contacts, photos, location, messages or call history, and the app does not show advertisements.
How we use it
- To run your account and keep a secure backup of your business records on our server, so you do not lose them if your phone is lost or changed.
- To check your free trial and subscription.
- To give support when you contact us, and to send renewal reminders on the mobile number you gave.
We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it with anyone except where the law requires it.
Storage and security
Your records are kept on your phone and on our server in India (Hostinger), sent over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Access to the server is limited to WebPlex Solution.
Deleting your account and data
You can delete your account and all its records at any time: in the app, open More → Delete my account, or use this page: https://www.webplexsolution.com/portal/delete-account.php?app=clinic-saathi. Deletion is permanent and happens immediately.
Children
The app is meant for shop owners and is not directed at children under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
