Refund & Cancellation Policy

Not happy with a first purchase of our software because it does not work for you? Ask within 7 days and we will refund it. Duplicate or failed payments are always refunded in full.

Software licenses (Clinic Saathi)

7-day refund on your first purchase

If the software does not install or work on your computer and our support team cannot fix the problem, you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of your first payment.

Renewals

Renewal payments extend your plan immediately and are not refundable, except for duplicate or accidental payments (see below).

Cancellation

Clinic Saathi does not renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel: if you do not want to continue, simply do not renew. You can use the software until the end of the paid period. We do not give partial refunds for unused days.

Mobile apps (Dukan Saathi)

App subscriptions are bought and billed through Google Play, so refunds follow the Google Play refund policy. You can request a refund from your Google Play order history, or contact us and we will help.

You can cancel anytime in the Play Store (Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions). After cancelling, the app keeps working until the end of the current billing period. The free trial can be cancelled before it ends without any charge.

Duplicate or failed payments

If money was deducted twice, or deducted but you did not receive your license key, contact us with the payment reference. We will either deliver your key or refund the extra or failed amount in full.

Custom projects (websites, apps, software)

• The advance payment is refundable in full if we cancel the project before work starts.
• Once work has started, the advance covers planning and design work and is not refundable.
• Milestone payments for work already delivered are not refundable.
• Any other case is discussed in good faith, based on the work completed.

How to request a refund

Refund processing time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method (UPI, card or bank account). Your bank may take a few extra days to show the amount.
