Terms & Conditions

These terms apply when you use webplexsolution.com, buy our software (such as Clinic Saathi), use our apps (such as Dukan Saathi) or hire us for a project. Please read them before you buy.

About us

WebPlex Solution ("WebPlex", "we", "us") is a software and digital services business based in Junagadh, Gujarat, India. By using our website, software, apps or services you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

Our products and services

• Software subscriptions – Windows software such as Clinic Saathi, licensed per computer for the plan period you buy (1, 3, 6 or 12 months).
• Mobile apps – Android apps such as Dukan Saathi, offered through Google Play with in-app subscriptions.
• Custom services – websites, mobile apps, business software, design and ad integration. Scope, price and timeline for each project are agreed in writing (quotation, email or WhatsApp).

Buying a software license

• Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) on our Products page and inside the software.
• Payments are made online through our payment partner. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
• After a successful payment your license key is shown on screen and emailed to you. The plan starts on the day of payment.
• One license key works on one computer at a time. To move it to a new computer, contact our support.
• License keys are personal to the buyer and must not be shared, resold or published.

Renewals and free trials

• Clinic Saathi does not charge you automatically. You renew from the Renew button in the software. If the plan ends, the software locks until it is renewed – your data stays on your computer.
• Dukan Saathi subscriptions are billed and renewed by Google Play until you cancel them in the Play Store.
• Where a free trial is offered (for example 3 days in Dukan Saathi), you can use all features during the trial and then choose a paid plan to continue.

Your responsibilities

• Give correct details (name, business, mobile number, email) when you buy or register.
• Keep your license key, password and PIN confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Use our products only for lawful purposes. Do not copy, modify, reverse engineer, rent or resell our software or apps.
• For Clinic Saathi, the doctor or clinic is responsible for patient records, patient consent and following applicable medical and data protection laws. Please check every prescription before giving it to a patient.

Your data

The data you enter (patients, visits, items, sales, expenses) belongs to you. We keep online backups only to provide the service and to let you restore your data. How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

Our software, apps, website, designs and brand names are the property of WebPlex Solution. A paid plan gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the product during that plan; it does not sell the software to you. For custom projects, ownership of the delivered work is transferred as written in the project quotation, after full payment.

Updates and availability

Updates are free while your plan is active. We work to keep our services available, but some features (license checks, online backup, sync) need an internet connection and may be briefly unavailable during maintenance or due to network problems.

Disclaimer

Our products are provided "as is". They help you keep records and do not replace professional medical, legal, tax or accounting advice. We do not guarantee that the products will be free of every error, but we will fix reported problems within a reasonable time.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, WebPlex Solution is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses (such as loss of profit or business). Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product or service in the 12 months before the claim.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end a license or account that is used for fraud, misuse, sharing keys or that breaks these terms. You can stop using our products at any time. Refunds are handled as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the courts at Junagadh, Gujarat. We always try to solve problems by talking first – please contact us.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
