Privacy Policy

We collect only what we need to deliver our software, apps and services. We do not sell your data, and payment details are handled by our payment partner – never stored by us.

Who we are and what this covers

This policy explains how WebPlex Solution ("we") handles personal information on webplexsolution.com, in our software (such as Clinic Saathi), in our apps (such as Dukan Saathi) and when we provide services. App-specific details are also available here: Clinic Saathi · Dukan Saathi.

Information we collect

When you contact us or leave feedback

• Name, email, phone number and your message. Reviews you submit (name, rating, text) are shown on our website only after approval.

When you buy a license

• Name, business name, mobile number, email, city and the plan you choose.
• Your payment is processed by our payment partner. We receive only the payment status and reference number – never your card, UPI or bank details.

When you use our software and apps

• License information: license key, a device identifier (a random ID for your computer or app install), app version and the time of the last license check – used to verify your license and prevent misuse.
• Clinic Saathi: patient records are stored on your computer. Encrypted-in-transit online backups of this data are kept on our server so you can restore it.
• Dukan Saathi: shop account (mobile number and a securely hashed PIN), and backups of your items, sales and expenses.

On our website

• We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on webplexsolution.com. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages visited) for security.

How we use information

• To deliver and activate your license, provide backups and keep your account working.
• To send receipts, license keys, renewal reminders and important service messages by email, SMS or WhatsApp.
• To answer support requests and improve our products.
• To prevent fraud and meet legal and tax requirements.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business, and only as needed:

• Our payment partner, to process payments.
• Google (Google Play), for app downloads and in-app subscriptions.
• Our hosting and email providers, which store our website, database and backups.
• Government authorities, if required by law.

Security

We use HTTPS, digitally signed license tokens, hashed PINs and restricted access to our servers to protect your information. No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to keep your data safe.

How long we keep data

We keep your information while your license or account is active and for as long as needed for legal, tax and accounting purposes. Backups of deleted accounts are removed from our server.

Your choices and rights

• You can ask us to see, correct or delete your personal information by contacting us.
• Dukan Saathi users can delete their account and all its data from inside the app (Profile → Delete my account) or on our account deletion page.
• You can stop marketing messages at any time by telling us.

Children

Our products are meant for businesses and professionals. They are not directed at children under 18.
